    In response to your query, can you say specifically what is causing the pain and where specifically it is located from c1 down to s3? Please refer to the picture below:

    On this link, we go through the full body release and also have each individual video clip.   
    As a reminder, every 'first' release with the Nubby (regardless of where you begin) should be done for 5 minutes to experience the 'piezoelectric effect' that we seek (which releases fascia).  Each subsequent release can be done for 30-60 seconds, as the neurological component of myofascial tissue is addressed in those first 5 minutes to give the 'whole body release effect' that we are after.
    And as a very special bonus for investing in the Nubby, we are hosting a coaching call for anyone who is looking to get out of pain and might have a specific question for Dr. Kareem.
